Dearness Allowance - 8% Enhancement-Orders Issued

     The rates of Dearness Allowance payable to the State Government Employees, Teachers, Staff of Aided Schools, Private Colleges and Polytechnics, Full time Employees borne on the contingent and work charged establishments and employees of Local Bodies will be revised w.e.f. 01.01.2013 in the revised scale as shown below:

                    In respect of those continuing in the pre-revised scale of G.O(P) No.145/2006/Fin dated 25/03/2006, the rate of Dearness Allowance will be as shown below:

                    For those who are continuing in the 1997 pay scales even after 01.01.2013, DA will be sanctioned (up to the date of effect of option under Pay Revision 2009) as follows:

                    The arrear for the period from 01.01.2013 to 31.05.2013 will be drawn and credited to the PF account of the employee along with the salary bill for any of the months from June 2013 to December 2013.
 Date on which the amount will be permitted to be withdrawn: 30.04.2017 or retirement whichever is earlier

8% DA/ DR hike to Kerala State Government Employees/Pensioners -Announced

  Government have revised the Dearness Allowance to State Government Employees,Teachers etc and Dearness Relief to Pensioners at central rates with effect from 01/01/2013.

Main Points to remember
  • with effect from 01/01/2013
  • Revised scale 8% increase in DA (Total 53%)
  • Pre-Revised scale 14% increase (Total 156%)
  • Paid in cash with salary due for the month of June,2013 onwards
  • Arrear for the period from 01-01-2013 to 31/05/2013 will be drawn and credited to PF along with salary bill from 06/2013
  • The revised Dearness Relief (Pensioners) due from 01-01-2013 and arrears up to May 2013 will be released in cash along with the pension of June 2013

Ensure all student's UID/EID are enterd online.
Verify all data 
once more.
(Name, Ad No., Name, UID/EID, medium of instruction, 
first language part 1, first language part 2 etc) 
After verification submit the data.
Staff fixation for the year 2012-13 shall be done using this verified UID data.
After submission, addition of data is not allowed at any cost.
Submit the signed copy to the concerned AEO/DEO before May 10.
