8% DA/ DR hike to Kerala State Government Employees/Pensioners -Announced

  Government have revised the Dearness Allowance to State Government Employees,Teachers etc and Dearness Relief to Pensioners at central rates with effect from 01/01/2013.

Main Points to remember

• with effect from 01/01/2013
• Revised scale 8% increase in DA (Total 53%)
• Pre-Revised scale 14% increase (Total 156%)
• Paid in cash with salary due for the month of June,2013 onwards
• Arrear for the period from 01-01-2013 to 31/05/2013 will be drawn and credited to PF along with salary bill from 06/2013
• The revised Dearness Relief (Pensioners) due from 01-01-2013 and arrears up to May 2013 will be released in cash along with the pension of June 2013
